My Life in a Tiffany Bleu House

I painted Marie's Maison Tiffany Bleu as a reminder that this is the best jewelry box I ever received!

White French Mirror

For weeks now, I have been searching for a white round mirror. Not too plain, not too fancy, but has to be a bit frenchy. This repurposed door, which I've owned for years, is in my dining space and needs a bit more oomph. Adding a mirror would probably do the trick.

So I've searched, and searched, and finally ended up in this huge consignment warehouse in Encinitas. They had a big selection of mirrors, but not something that would look good on my door. However, they had racks and racks of tchotckes like these:

So I got distracted (which happens a lot), and found a few white pieces that I thought would be nice to have. I separated and arranged them in this empty white bookcase which was across the way:

I really liked these white wire teapot and a pair of wire candeliers

How cute is this french salt box

A pillbox and a milky footed vase

A pair of white pigs

And a few more white vases

In the end, I decided to only buy the wire teapot and two candeliers...$11.93 incl tax

I thought they went well with my display of black and white dishes

How about the mirror??? Well, I didn't forget that! I found one at TJ Maxx for $29.99. Bargain!!!

Voila! Here it is hanging on the door

Which complements my favorite white french mirror

I'm linking this post for the first time with Faded Charm's White Wednesday party.

Found this on Google:
There are a total of 1,710 steps.

9 steps to the ticket booth,
328 steps to the first level,
340 steps to the second level ,
18 steps to the lift platform on the second level,
15 steps to ascend to the upper observation platform.

However, according to numerous sources, including the Eiffel Tower's official website (which, unfortunately for English readers, is in French), most would agree that there are 1,665 stairs. Final answer: 1,665 stairs.
