Non mesdames! This post is not another advertisement for spring clearance sales or giveaways going around. Oui mesdames! Excusez-moi but this post is more about my need to confess that, I now have a serious case of clutter-brain. SERIOUSLY! It has been so bad this last month that I have become paralyzed, and what I mean by that is I cannot function and have found myself so uninspired, lazy and fickle with my projects. There are so much ideas and plans going through my small brain, it’s exhausting – whew!
Having said that, my brain needs some serious spring cleaning. Mon cheri’s advise: write a list and tackle it one line at a time. So, getting out mon feathered plume, dumping all thoughts out of my head, letting it flow through my heart, down to my hand, and just writing without over thinking.
Here it goes:
Finish painting the cottage kitchen hutch and move it to mon petite shoppe
Unwrap new finds, add pricetags, and display them in mon petite shoppe
Paint and reupholster four french chairs
Paint nightstand, move to shop
Paint mini grandfather clock, move to shop
Paint salvaged mantle
Pick-up purchased salvaged french doors from Urban Barn
Put up mini-conservatory in patio
Finish master bedroom re-do
Remove grass in backyard
Build backyard pond
Extend backyard potagerie
Plan Sonoma County vacation
Get haircut and color
Get manicure/pedicure
Get facial and massage
Meanwhile, I cannot help but also dream of Paris in the Spring!
I sure do wish we have one of these Laduree trucks circling our neighborhood…
