Ever since I've opened my Etsy shop, I have been introduced to shop owners from different parts of the world. A few of my faves and are in my circles are from France (bien sur). Two of them are from the french countryside running their Etsy shops from their exquisite farmhouses. This of course got me to fantasize how fabulous it would be to live in my own farmhouse!

Wow! Wonderful pictures! I so remember my grandparents had a mincer like you show on picture 10. It was out in the kitchen every year before Christmas when my grandmother cooked a "pâté de sanglier": mincing the meat on that old mincer was the only job my grandfather was allowed to do in the kitchen! I really wonder now where that old mincer is...

I fantasize every day about my dream home!!! It would also be a farmhouse, all original and surrounded by big old trees. We're talking about making it happen soon...fingers crossed.

Yes! All the time! A farmhouse kitchen by the sea...
I could easily live in this french farmhouse. But I don't dream about 'my dream' house anymore because I am in it! I know the location is not where I wish(I would rather be right on the coast)but I love Sea Cottage and pray I never have to leave it. I have learned to be content and see all the beauty of this home. I don't want to live anywhere else. I am happy to have a beach cottage on wheels to go to my favorite beach as often as we can. I am grateful for what I have. ox

Hands down to the charming grapevine covered outdoor dining room. This is something I regularly fantasize about because it is such a beautiful area to enjoy the scenic view & delicious lunch.
